Worst experience ever! This Dentist David A Keller took out my wisdom teeth. Then he left permit damage to my lower left jaw. When I went back to him and told him something wasn't right. He pulled me to the very back office with his female dental assistant at the time and told me you have signed a legal document ... I looked at him like WTH? I trusted you and that's your response! He has never made it right. He cut into a nerve that caused permanent damage.

I was going to Granite Dental as my primary dentist for a long time but within the past year or so quality of service and communication has gone downhill fast. Dr. Keller talked me into having a crown placed when I did not have Dental insurance at the time. The crown then falls out less than a year later. I go in so they can take a look and a fresh out of school assistant looks and tells me that I will need a root canal. I scheduled the root canal and come in for the appointment. With no warning Dr. Keller comes in and preps to glue the crown back onto my tooth without even communicating what is going on and no root canal was performed. They had to try and glue the crown back on three times due to lack of experience by their assistants as well. Very disappointed by the decline in service by Dr. Keller and his team.

I started going to Granite Dental last year. They chose to do a type of comprehensive exam that they estimated to be covered by my insurance, but then charged me hundreds of dollars on top of what I already paid because it wasn't actually covered. I wouldn't have agreed to that exam if I knew it wasn't going to be covered by my insurance. I gave the office the benefit of the doubt, but now they are trying to charge me hundreds of dollars again in addition to everything that I have already paid because, for whatever reason, the office is not able to get an accurate explanation of benefits from my insurance. They performed fillings that I paid for at the time of service, but now they are trying to collect hundreds more. I tried contacting the office by email multiple times in the last couple of months with no response. I've finally heard back, and they are blaming the insurance company, and not only that, they have charged 25% interest in a matter of months.Β When I contacted the insurance company, I was able to see my benefits in a matter of seconds which clearly outlined the services they performed that they are charging me extra now wouldn't be covered. I tried working this out wit

My daughter picked this dentist for me it was a 5 star and great reviews it's also was in my insurance network and close to my home. My first visit went well I walked in everyone in the back was laughing loudly the receptionist was friendly, but behind all of that is a bunch of lies, greedy fraudulent people. The receptionist asked me to sign papers saying that I owe them $112.00 this is what I was looking at with my own eyes and she telling me no, she said I signed for the wrong partials last time, so now she wants me to sign the paperwork for the right one. There were 2 clients that heard this conversation. the next month I went back she asked me when was I going to pay the $112. so I paid $50 on it. I received a bill for $155 Months later, I called my insurance company to find out what was going on, it's for cleaning is what they told her, and she's already paid $50 on it. what happened to the $112 the $50 for that. I put my old denture and partial in Jasmine Manangan hands and sat in the chair her and Dr. David A. Keller was standing behind me, when she went to put them in my mouth the tooth was missing. They still have my old set, I don't want them back until they fix them. No

I went to Dr Keller in 2016 to have mini implants in the roof of my mouth. Seem like a great idea at the time. He pulled out all my teeth I had left in my upper palate which most all of them were bad bad teeth. but i still have now raw now dead bone showing throw the gum in one place in my upper pallet. so not good ! My condition required dental specialists that Dr Keller is not qualified or able to deal with. He should have sent me to a specialist before he worked on my for my major problems as I was bone with a harelip and cleft pallet and i have had many years of surgeries, dental work for my deeds of repair. Never in my past have I had any one work on me with such failure, I am a very complicated patient. Dr Keller should have sent me to other Professionals first. For 2 years Dr. Keller tried to make a denture work for me, but they all failed after using each one for a few month always broke on me. finally he tried a full denture as i did not want ! After getting it I and using it, I could not even taste my food while using it. To eat soft food with out the denture in my mouth, the food tastes so good. but i was desperate to have something that worked. I gave up though,
